We hope you love your ULTIFLOAT but if you don't, you can return it to us for a refund.
We offer refunds on items returned unused within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-saleable condition will not be accepted.
If you have received an Ultifloat as a gift, you may return it directly to us for a gift voucher to the value of your return. This option is subject to our standard returns terms and conditions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
